Division Update

Landsea Homes is closely monitoring local and national actions and policies with respect to the COVID19 (Coronavirus) situation that is developing across the United States. 

As per the state of California governor’s “stay-in-place” order delivered on Thursday, March 19, 2020 updated at 11:22pm, Landsea Homes will maintain business operations under the essential business orders for housing construction for our construction sites. Our division office and sales center employees will be working remotely and are available during normal business hours by phone or email. Details for our customers, homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners are shown below.

Our communities are open by appointment only. We are available 7 days a week to assist you.

We encourage interested homebuyers to visit the websites of our available communities, where you can tour our showcase homes online, view our floor plans and learn more about the communities.

Our sales teams can answer all of your questions and have the virtual tools available to assist you in your home search – including the latest information on the historically low interest rates.

Division Update

Effective March 30, 2020 as ordered by the NYC Building Department Bulletin 2020-04 and 2015-29, Landsea Homes will suspend and secure our construction sites at 212 West 93rd and 14th & 6th Ave. If you have questions, please contact your Landsea Homes contact directly.

These are unprecedented times as our country confronts the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. At Landsea Homes, the health and safety of our homebuyers, homeowners, associates and trade partners are always our highest priority, and we are adjusting our business practices to provide the safest and best possible home buying experience.

Additionally, we are adhering to the recommended actions provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They will be in place throughout our company during this current environment to help reduce the risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID-19.
