Landsea Homes is closely monitoring local and national actions and policies with respect to the COVID19 (Coronavirus) situation that is developing across the United States. 

Landsea Homes employees are working in our division office and model home sales centers during normal business hours. Details for our customers, homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners are shown below.

Our communities are open 7 days a week to assist you.

We encourage interested homebuyers to visit the websites of our available communities, where you can tour our showcase homes online, view our floor plans and learn more about the communities. 

You can contact one of our sales consultants directly or our inside sales team at 949-316-5576 to schedule an appointment.  

Our sales teams can answer all of your questions and have the virtual tools available to assist you in your home search – including the latest information on the historically low interest rates.

Homebuyers

If you have questions, please contact your sales consultant directly. They will be able to answer questions, provide current information and help guide you through the remaining steps of the home buying process for your new home by phone or email.

Homeowners

If you have questions, please contact your Customer Care Representative directly. They can answer questions or provide additional information by phone or email.

Division Update

Effective March 30, 2020 as ordered by the NYC Building Department Bulletin 2020-04 and 2015-29, Landsea Homes will suspend and secure our construction sites at 212 West 93rd and 14th & 6th Ave. If you have questions, please contact your Landsea Homes contact directly.

Landsea Homes division office employees continue to work remotely. Our model home sales centers are now open during normal business hours. Details for our customers, homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners are shown below.
