Employee Health and Safety
Landsea actively trains its employees and management in workplace safety and related
laws and regulations. We utilize a third-party vendor to ensure compliance with the Division of Occupational Safety and Health and federal OSHA safety requirements. Internally, our Safety Committee meets quarterly to review employee safety protocols. In addition, each of our employees is required to complete harassment prevention training. Field team members (construction, warranty and development) are required to complete mandated OSHA training, safety certifications and awareness training.
