Land Acquisition Oversight and Due Diligence
The Board’s Executive Land Committee reviews and approves certain proposed land transactions. The executive Investment Committee reviews the environmental risk of land acquisitions and any necessary risk mitigation efforts as well as site and development plans. We hire soil engineers for our risk mitigation analysis if further investigation of the soil and landscape is warranted.
