After you move into your new Landsea home, a technology expert with Geek Squad will walk you through all of the capabilities and customization options available to you—while also ensuring that all your devices and apps are functioning and linked to the Apple® Home app on your mobile device so that everything is up, running and ready to use.
Every High Performance Home includes an Apple® HomePod mini® that allows you to control all smart home automation features, including entry door locks, thermostat, garage door opener, light dimmer switches and more from anywhere within or outside your home.
