Room to Grow at Bargrove Estates

“Give me land, lots of land.” This was the prime requisite for Yenesia when she began planning a return to her home state of Florida from Georgia.

“It’s hard to find property with enough space,” Yenesia said of her previous real estate experience in Florida.

However, when she found Bargrove Estates by Landsea Homes in Mount Dora, a prime city in Central Florida’s Lake County, Yenesia was delighted.

“The lots at Bargrove Estates were perfect. We were in shock that we could get some distance from the neighbors. The space is priceless,” Yenesia said.

With a lot stretching out to 177 feet by 85 feet, a little more than one-third of an acre, Yenesia felt she had room to breathe. She also loved that other residents built pools in their backyards and still found they had plenty of space and privacy.

Bargrove Estates features single-family homes with eight floor plans ranging from 2,103 to 4,638 square feet with single and two-story designs. Homes range from four to six bedrooms with two to four-and-one-half bathrooms on spacious floor plans, and all of them are on large lots.

The way sales went at Bargrove, the first step in the process was selecting an empty lot and then having the house built there.

Yenesia said her Landsea Homes sales counselor was crucial to helping her get a desirable lot and keeping her in the loop. “My great experience got that much better thanks to the Landsea Homes team,” she added.

Yenesia chose the Exbury Executive model with five bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms on 3,800 square feet. Especially important, she said, was the first-floor primary bedroom.

“I was blown away by the large main living area looking up to the second floor and the open floor plan. It feels like royalty,” Yenesia said. “The layout of the home is magnificent.”

Comparing homes to those of other new-home builders, Yenesia said Landsea Homes’ were superior in sophistication and had better functionality.

The space was also key. Yenesia and her husband both work from home and each will be able to have their private workspaces, while their two children will have room to spread out.

“I feel we can grow into the home over the long term,” Yenesia said.

Yenesia was also able to take advantage of $15,000 in closing costs and $10,000 for design services at Landsea Homes’ design center for upgrades to the home.

Yenesia plans to move into her new home in December.

“We’re all eager to get into our new home and start making memories. My family members are already asking about having Christmas here, fingers crossed,” Yenesia said. “I have friends who want to come and visit the parks. I’m really excited for this new chapter and home.”
