rohe at neuhouse Design Lens Feature
Rohe is one of three collections by Landsea Homes in the master plan community of neuhouse in Ontario, California. Designed for first-time move-up buyers, this single-family detached collection opened in spring 2021 and that same year received the Gold Nugget Award of Merit for best single-family detached home 1,800 to 2,499 sq. ft. The homes were designed by Bassenian Lagoni Architects in Modern Spanish, Mid-Century Modern and California Modern styles, providing buyers a new take on the more traditional styles that are common and the Ontario, CA market.
