New building permits have been filed for twelve single-family homes at Fiddleneck Way in Orinda, Contra Costa County. The properties will be a part of the Relevae at Wilder suburban development by Landsea Homes. Each of the houses will range between 2,380 and 3,470 square feet, offering between three to four bedrooms.
Design for each of the units will draw from the Bay Area’s colonial past, including Spanish Colonial architecture, ranch homes, and farmhouses.
