Couple Starts Their ‘Forever’ in New Home at Eave at Neuhouse by Landsea Homes
Ontario, CA (May 29, 2025) – For Jewel Dayoan and her fiancé Alex, homeownership was the next step once they got engaged in 2024.
“Home ownership had always been the goal. If we were going to invest in a house, we wanted it to be ours — a shared space that we could grow in together,” Alex said.
The couple had their sights set on moving into a growing community in California’s Inland Empire for its affordability and accessibility to freeways for commuting. They met their realtor on a weekend afternoon, excited to start their homebuying journey.

Alex and Jewel moved into their new home in April 2025 and have been slowly settling into the three bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome, with sweeping high ceilings, a beautiful view and a patio where they can take in the sunset as often as they’d like.
For Alex, it’s the location of their home and how it enhances their quality of life that stands out.
“We didn’t realize how close Eave was to cities like Eastvale. We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment, which is the quality of life we were in search of when deciding on a community. During the week, we commute to Orange County, but on the weekends, we stay local and it’s great to have everything right here,” Alex said.
