We are seeking an intelligent and ambitious individual interested in an exciting and challenging position as a Senior Accountant for our Central Texas Division experienced in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting accounting records and financial data for Homebuilding and Land Development.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and participate in monthly closing
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare entries for revenue, COGs, allocations, and
  • Extensive ability to prepare schedules and reconcile various general ledger accounts; i.e., cash, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and other accrued expenses and liabilities
  • Prepare cost code reclasses as
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the Company’s financial reporting and general ledger
  • Prepare job cost reports as
  • Prepare accounting reports and explain
  • Assist with annual budget
  • Provide information to auditors and participate in annual



  • 2 ‐ 3 years’ experience in accounting, financial analysis, job costing experience a
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting
  • ERP System Experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong accounting and organizational
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
  • Residential, homebuilding, construction, and real estate accounting experience is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

  • Controller

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
