Division Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an intelligent and ambitious individual interested in an exciting and challenging position as a Division Marketing Assistant to provide internal service and support to our sales and marketing team. This position will report directly to Director of Marketing.

Position Summary:  

Provide marketing and office administrative support to the Director of Marketing. Position will be a resource for division marketing. Marketing is responsible to ensure that all marketing tactics and strategies are in line with Landsea Homes Strategic Brief and meeting brand standards.


  • Implement and maintain area signage for existing and new communities, including adherence to local legal requirements. (directionals, information centers, billboards, sold/available, flags, banners, local permanent signage, etc.)
  • Fulfill marketing supply orders for sales consultants. (brochure covers and inserts, flags, thank you cards, price sheets, feature sheets, flyer boxes, etc)
  • Coordinate with corporate advertising department for national promotional campaigns and collateral materials.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing and sales reports, such as: weekly traffic log, ad tracking report, traffic/sales source analysis, community specific monthly activity, number of sales by model, sales by community, prospect and buyer surveys, sale agent input rates in Sales Force, etc.
  • Coordinate local marketing programs and promotional projects such as digital campaigns, direct mail, newspaper and magazine; target advertising to proper market segment.
  • Edit all marketing materials prior to publication or distribution
  • Maintain media files; research and present new advertising opportunities to corporate advertising for approval.
  • Create social content for the division and communities to be distributed on the appropriate social channels.
  • Maintain pricing information across all platforms including company proprietary files, price sheets, website and online through any third party service.
  • Order marketing materials for new sales offices (displays, topo tables, signage, directional routes, community maps, etc) and maintain new community checklist.
  • Compile comparative data analysis for new and existing communities based on sales competitive shop data
  • Order promotional items, incentive items, and miscellaneous logo items for division according to color standards
  • Assist in the organization and planning of division social events and functions along with the Activities Committee.
  • Provide administrative support to the Division President and VP of Sales & Marketing as needed.


  • Minimum College degree
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in marketing or administrative role preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year in consumer-based industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance policy, and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills including advanced Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required
  • Skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Reader, PowerPoint, and google analytics.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations events.
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong organization skills

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require domestic, cross-country travel at times with the possibility of some international travel.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
