Welcome to Verrado - A Master Planned Community in Phoenix
A new and growing master-planned community has caught the eye of many people moving to Phoenix, Arizona area. This community, Verrado, is a major center for new move-ins in Buckeye holds various attractions, from the homes themselves to the surrounding community.
Verrado’s planning centers around small-town friendliness and ease - all while keeping you conveniently near major cities as well. It’s all you could want in a master-planned community, and here’s why we think you’ll agree.
Phoenix is a busy, always moving city, and when you move there, you’ll find that you are not alone in relocating to this part of Arizona. In spite of the heat, or maybe because of it, many people are drawn to this desert metropolis.
Phoenix itself can be crowded though. As one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, it hosts around 1.6 billion people with more always coming.
With this growth in mind, living a little outside of the city may be a better option for you, and that’s where Verrado comes in. It’s only a 45-minute drive from Verrado to Phoenix and an hour out from Mesa. This makes for an easy commute if you work in the city and for easy access to all sorts of entertainment on weekends.
Living at Verrado, you’ll also be near to various local attractions and destinations. You can visit places like the Sonoran Desert National Monument (only an hour away) for hiking, hunting, and horseback riding, or take a weekend trip up to the Grand Canyon, which is an easy 5-hour drive from Verrado.
Verrado is well placed to reach most destinations in Arizona and even neighboring places like Utah, California, and Mexico. If you’re looking for a well-connected community in the Western U.S., Verrado is your place.
City Within a City
Verrado rests comfortably near the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye, Arizona. Buckeye’s attractions include the State Farm Stadium where the Arizona Cardinals football team plays, various golf clubs, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
But Verrado is like a city by itself. In fact, there isn’t much you need to leave the community to find.
Verrado has its own Main Street district filled with shopping and restaurants. Part of this district is The Center on Main private recreational center for residents’ use. It’s 14,000 square feet and offers a fitness area, swimming pools, and plenty of space to host any sort of party or club.
Arizona life is about more than city living; life in Arizona embraces active outdoor lifestyles. Verrado is the quintessential active Arizona community with over 21 miles of hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and over 70 parks. And, being so near mountains, you can experiment with more challenging trails as well.
Of course, Verrado has more than just amenities and activities. You’ll be able to send your children to one of five high performing schools. So between great schools, a convenient location, and lots of activities, what other master-planned community can really compare near Phoenix?
Three Community Options
Verrado has a small-town feel, but that doesn’t make it a really small town. It’s built of three sectioned communities, each with different home and community options. Though Verrado comes together into a cohesive community, these community options are where you will find your home.
Here’s a taste of what each Verrado community offers its residents:
If you’re looking for a relaxing outdoor lifestyle and a resort-like living situation, Destiny is the community for you. You’ll have easy access to activities and amenities, and you’ll experience a high-quality home life in unique Southwestern-style homes.
When you move to Destiny, you’ll have the option of a move-in ready home, but you can also choose one of four floorplans to build on your lot. Each floorplan has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Most floorplans also include a 2-car garage, which will be quite useful as car travel is necessary in Arizona. Each home runs less than $300,000.
Victory is Verrado’s 55+ community. Built near many trails and The Victory Course fairways, you’ll have a stunning view around you every day. Victory offers a few quick move-in homes and four floorplan options.
Each floor plan is one-level, has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and upgraded features like granite counters, tile flooring, and oversized kitchen islands. The Victory floor plans can also be customized to have larger garages or extra bedrooms. Each floorplan’s price starts at less than $300,000, but most of the quick move-in homes run at a higher price due to customizations, etc.
Recently, Victory at Verrado was rated as one of the top master-planned retirement communities in the United States. When you move to Victory, you know you’re getting the best level of retirement community available.
Verrado’s up-and-coming community, Highlands, centers around state-of-the-art spaces for single-family homes. Highlands perches at the highest point of Verrado, giving you the best views possible of the surrounding areas and the White Tank Mountains.
Information about Highlands’ floor plans will be released soon, so be on the lookout for Highlands news!
At this point, you’re probably thinking that Verrado sounds pretty great. But even though the houses, amenities, activities, and location make Verrado one of the very best master-planned communities near Phoenix, there’s one more thing about Verrado that sets it apart.
