Madison Square Grand Opening in the News
Landsea Homes Corporation has announced that a grand opening celebration will be held at Madison Square in North Central Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday, September 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Madison Square features 40 single-family homes ranging from about 2,000 to 2,700 square feet that are customizable with three to five bedrooms. Homebuyers are invited to open-house style tours of the model homes. Additionally, a handful of quick, move-in ready homes will be available at the end of the year.
