This Is the Landsea Life
This summer, homebuyers across Landsea’s Southern California communities got to experience a vibrant and exciting lifestyle. From special events to everyday recreation at the community centers, residents gathered with friends, family and neighbors for some fun in the sun, creative activities and all-around togetherness.
At IronRidge in Lake Forest, the season kicked off with a day of Goat Yoga. People were all smiles as baby goats leapt and frolicked around them. It was hard not to laugh when the goats nibbled on people’s t-shirts and jumped on their backs. Offering a unique take on meditation, this was a yoga session participants won’t soon forget.
Arts and Crafts Day brought together kids and kids at heart to spend time creating their own colorful rock paperweights. Using bright-colored paints and glitter, residents released their inner artist and decorated their own rock to take home as a keepsake.
And it wouldn’t be summer without a pool party. Residents at both The Westerly and IronRidge enjoyed resort-style fun at their community’s Summer Splash pool parties. Kids of all ages bobbed around on pool floats, splashed their parents and made new friends at the fun event.
The events and happenings speak for themselves, but what do our homebuyers have to say? Susan and Edward Kim’s family of five are loving their new life at IronRidge in Lake Forest. Susan says her family enjoys The Ridge, a recreation center that is great for all ages. Her family can take a dip in the resort-style pool, play on the drop-shot court or have lunch at the Picnic Pavilion. From playgrounds to poolside cabanas, the amenities at The Ridge provide fun and relaxation for whole family.
Although summer is drawing to a close, the lifestyle continues. Stay tuned for more exciting events, happenings and stories from these vibrant Southern California Landsea communities.
